Lily meets a mysterious figure named Morgana, who pretends to help but secretly wants the amulet for herself. Morgana leads Lily astray, hoping to claim the amulet’s power. However, Hootsworth warns Lily just in time, revealing Morgana’s true intentions.

Chapter 7: The Final Clue

With Hootsworth’s help, Lily deciphers the final clue, leading her to the heart of the forest where the amulet is hidden. She finds it guarded by a fierce dragon. Remembering a story Sir Croakley told her, she uses her wits to outsmart the dragon and retrieve the amulet.

Chapter 8: The Showdown

Morgana reappears, demanding the amulet. A thrilling showdown ensues, where Lily and Sir Croakley work together to outmaneuver Morgana. Using the amulet’s power, they banish Morgana from the forest forever.

Chapter 9: The Curse Lifted

Lily returns to the pond and uses the amulet to break Sir Croakley's curse. In a flash of light, Sir Croakley transforms back into his knightly form. The villagers, having witnessed the magical transformation, come to believe in the old tales and celebrate the return of their hero.

Chapter 10: A New Beginning

With the curse lifted, Sir Croakley decides to stay in Willowbrook to protect the village and the forest. Lily is hailed as a hero and continues her adventures, now with a new friend and protector by her side. The enchanted pond becomes a place of wonder and magic for all.
